  • What should I do before order new supplies?
    If you are going to have insurance pay for your supplies, make sure you have copies of all your insurance cards and a doctor’s detailed prescription. If you are not going to use insurance, then these items are usually unnecessary. A few of our supplies cannot be sold without a doctor’s detailed prescription.
  • What is a detailed prescription?
    A detailed prescription is the documentation provided by your physician to support the need of the product/service provided. These documents must include the name of the patient, date of birth (DOB), a description of the item/service that is to be provided, length of need (if applicable), physician’s signature and date.
  • Can I clean my catheters?
    Manufacturers do not recommend the cleaning of catheters.
  • Can I order CPAPs/BiPAPs and Supplies without a prescription?
    We will not bill your insurance. You must fax us your prescription and settings at 918-967-2808. We will pre-set the machine with your settings and send it out.
  • Do you accept returns?
    Some of our items can not be returned due to hygienic purposes. Please see the item's description to see if the item can be returned or you are welcome to contact us.
